Replacement Policy – Home-Fashion.in
At Home-Fashion.in, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly offer you a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
Only items purchased directly from Home-Fashion.in are eligible.
Non-Replaceable Items
Items on clearance/sale are not eligible.
Personal care, intimate wear, or customized/personalized products cannot be replaced.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear are not covered.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at support@home-fashion.in with your order ID and reason for replacement.
Share clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/defective).
Our support team will verify the request and confirm the next steps.
Shipping & Processing
If approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product or request you to ship it back.
Once received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
If a replacement is not available, we will offer you an exchange or store credit.
Important Notes
Shipping charges for return may be borne by us in case of wrong/defective delivery.
In other cases (e.g., size/color change requested), the customer may need to bear return shipping.
