Replacement Policy – Home-Fashion.in

At Home-Fashion.in, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly offer you a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

  • Only items purchased directly from Home-Fashion.in are eligible.

Non-Replaceable Items

  • Items on clearance/sale are not eligible.

  • Personal care, intimate wear, or customized/personalized products cannot be replaced.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear are not covered.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at support@home-fashion.in with your order ID and reason for replacement.

  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/defective).

  3. Our support team will verify the request and confirm the next steps.

Shipping & Processing

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product or request you to ship it back.

  • Once received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

  • If a replacement is not available, we will offer you an exchange or store credit.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges for return may be borne by us in case of wrong/defective delivery.

  • In other cases (e.g., size/color change requested), the customer may need to bear return shipping.
