Returns and Replacements:
No Returns: We regret that we do not accept returns once a product has been purchased. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction through our quality assurance processes.
In Transit Damage: In the unlikely event that your order sustains damage during transit, we kindly ask you to send us photographs of the damaged part or parts within 7 days of receiving the product. We are committed to your satisfaction and will promptly send you a replacement free of charge.
Unusable or Completely Broken Products: In extremely rare cases where a product is completely unusable or irreparably broken, please provide us with pictures along with your invoice number within 7 days of receiving the item. You may choose between receiving a replacement or a credit for the purchase, according to your preference.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. You can do so by sending an email to [email protected] or by SMS to +91-9810116544, including your order number. We recommend keeping a record of your cancellation acknowledgment for your reference. Refunds for cancellations will be processed online within 7 working days.
