At Home-Fashion.in, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we are happy to offer a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement
You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
Only items purchased directly from Home-Fashion.in are eligible.
Non-Replaceable Items
Products purchased on clearance/sale.
Personal care, innerwear, and customized/personalized items.
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at support@home-fashion.in with your order ID and reason for replacement.
Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.
Shipping & Processing
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
If a replacement is not available, we will offer an exchange or store credit.
Important Notes
For wrong/defective items delivered, we bear the return shipping cost.
For exchanges due to size/color change, customers may need to bear the shipping charges.
