Replacement Policy – Home-Fashion.in

At Home-Fashion.in, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we are happy to offer a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

  • Only items purchased directly from Home-Fashion.in are eligible.

Non-Replaceable Items

  • Products purchased on clearance/sale.

  • Personal care, innerwear, and customized/personalized items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at support@home-fashion.in with your order ID and reason for replacement.

  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

Shipping & Processing

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

  • If a replacement is not available, we will offer an exchange or store credit.

Important Notes

  • For wrong/defective items delivered, we bear the return shipping cost.

  • For exchanges due to size/color change, customers may need to bear the shipping charges.
